For Jerky Chilli and Lime, we've enlisted the help of two ingredients that play a great flavour gig with the meat. The first ingredient is more than typical for us, because we simply love it in everything and anything - chilli. It gives the meat a great kick and the necessary spiciness.

But because we thought this jerky deserved some more flavour, we included lime in its preparation. And the result is simply a hit!

Ingredients

Beef (min. 85%), seasoning mix (dextrose, salt, mix of spices and dehydrated vegetables - onion, tomato powder, paprika, garlic), chilli 1.5%, lime flavouring 0.6%, acidity regulator (citric acid), wine vinegar, sea salt, natural flavouring.

Storage

Store in a dry and cool place. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Any white coating is not detrimental. Oxygen Absorber is not intended for consumption, but you would have figured that out without us.
