What currency are the prices in on the site?
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for production before your order is shipped.
Average shipping time is 15–21 business days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped.

I’m not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there’s an issue?
Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item is defective or damaged.

  • You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.

  • You must cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a full refund in NZD.

  • Please include your name and order number in the return package.

Note: If your order is still in transit, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty.
If your item has already shipped, please use our return process to receive a full refund.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email to confirm and correct it.
Alternatively, email us at info@hotchip.co.nz within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, we cannot make changes or offer a refund for incorrect addresses.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. We ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers.
Average shipping time is 15–25 business days.
